On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Other Issues

Not able to create the Subscription In the Cloud

When trying to create the subscription management, with providing the details like customer, bill account, bill to site.
There were no values provided in the bill-to site,

Customer details of the customer at the manage customers page and the customer which was selected to create the subscription is having the Bill-to Site details and primary check box was checked for the Bill to-site.
Though we have those details on the customer, the value for bill-to site is not getting populated while creating the subscription.
