Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Capture Transactions-Manage Intercompany Transactions

When trying to submit an intercompany batch, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
The primary customer site for the customer assigned to legal entity is inactive. (FUN-720085)
The primary customer site for the customer assigned to legal entity JERRY is inactive. (FUN-720085)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Intercompany Accounting > Transactions
2. Create new ic batch and enter all required fields
3. submit it
4. the error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create intercompany transactions.
