FA:SCM:S&OP:Plan Failing with Error Ora-00904 (Doc ID 2604454.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Run SNOP Plan, the plan is failing with the following error.

ERROR
-----------------------
SnapshotPriceListData job errored with BIZ error. The error is: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "PRICE": invalid identifier

and
JBO-Please check Worksheet Configuration:
Granularity of the following Measure(s): (Consensus Forecast) does not exist for Plan: 3xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx: Please check Worksheet Configuration:
Granularity of the following Measure(s): (Consensus Forecast) does not exist for Plan: 3xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundle

and
Biz Error Message: oracle.apps.scm.advancedPlanning.planningAnalytics.services.exception.ProportConfigurationError$ForecastProfileMeasureNotInCatalogException: The measure book_history_avg, id = 1,670 is not in plan catalog, but in a profile

and
oracle.apps.scm.advancedPlanning.planningAnalytics.measureExpression.function.ParseException: Measure id: 1611 has expression referencing non-existing measures: measure_30000000xxxxxxxx,measure_30000000xxxxxx,measure_30000000xxxxx

and
oracle.apps.scm.advancedPlanning.planningAnalytics.measureExpression.function.ParseException: Measure id: 1611 has expression referencing non-existing measures: measure_30000000xxxxxxxxx

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Plans
2. Create a SNOP Plan
3. Provide the Scope and Demand and Supply Information
4. Save and Run
5. Plan fails
