Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Contract Authoring
When attempting to Amend Contract,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The Line type Free-Form, project for line X is invalid because it's inactive
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer, have end dated the Contract line Type Free form, Project and created a new line Type as Project
2. Amending the contract system through validation
3. getting error, The Line type Free-Form, project for line X is invalid because it's inactive
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Validate Contract.
