Symptoms

For EBS 12.2 integration with SCP Cloud Release 11.13.19.01.0:

Make sourcing rule data extracted by the standard collections in EBS is failing to load into cloud

Cloud instance is expecting the source_organization_code to be null for the make sourcing rules in the sourcing rule FBDI template.

But the standard collection program in the EBS is fetching the source organization code data for the make sourcing rules.
Due to which the make sourcing rule data is not loading into the system.

The following error is encountered

ERROR
The attributes SOURCE_ORGANIZATION_CODE,VENDOR_NAME,VENDOR_SITE_CODE must be blank, because the value of the attribute SOURCE_TYPE is 2.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Execute the concurrent program in EBS to pull the data entities from EBS and load into csv files and upload to the UCM account
2. Run the Load Planning Data from Files process in Fusion Cloud Planning
3. Hit the error
