Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Imaging Invoices are not being processed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Imaging Invoices to be processed and transferred to the WebCenter.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send scanned Invoices to Imaging email address

2. Sent Invoices were not being seen in the WebCenter


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process scanned Invoices.
