 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is not be able to view or access risk management modules with the expected roles

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to access risk management modules per assigned roles

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Fusion Application
2. Tools > Security Console.
3. Query for the User and Edit and Add roles
4. Add the seeded roles and
5. Submit ""Import User and Role Application Security Data job
