Question on Resource Requirements Calculation in a Capacity Constrained Plan

There is a planned order for which the system is calculating Resource requirements.
When looking at the Build Plan, the numbers match Quantity x Resource Req as defined in routing.
However the Resource requirement for the same period is does not match that number.

Example
1. Resource Requirement is 0.000036.
2. The Resource Requirements in Build Plan for the resource in a specific time bucket is 0.033.
3. However for the details based on the planned order the numbers show as follows:
- Planned order for 999 EA - 999 X 0.000036 = 0.0036
- Item has fixed lead time of 1.99 Days.
4. The Build plan and resource plan is showing resource req 0.033 instead

Where is the system getting 0.033 value for the day in question?
