Could Not Establish Connection On FTP (Doc ID 2611722.1)

Goal

Trying to check connection as folLows and get error message :

In BI Catalog:
1. Navigate to Administration -> BI Publisher--> Manage BI Publisher--> Delivery -->FTP
2. The server name is <SERVER_NAME> and the host is : <HOST_NAME>
3. now on the server name
4. Click on Test Connection

Get error message : "Could not establish connection. oracle.xdo.delivery.ssh2.SshException: File cannot be opened for writing."
