Symptoms

A timeout error or performance issue where single asset search takes over 3 minutes when searching by Asset number under Manage Asset UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Asset and Work Definition Task > Manage Asset > Enter Asset number in the Search field Application Default.
