Missing User Guid For a Record in Participant VO Table (Doc ID 2612239.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Participants
Participant Imported into system for a Partner Record

So , by default Oracle was supposed to generate user_guid in the table cn_srp_participant_hdr_ro_v which didn’t happened.

In one of the report, the commissions are not showing up for a Partner and we tried using the query below:

THIS CASE IS FOR PRM PARTICIPANT NOT EMPLOYEE PARTICIPANT
