Demand Plan with Locked Forecast Periods calculated NULL Forecast
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Forecast should be retained for locked period after plan run.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Demand Management > Task list: Manage Plans
2. Search for plan, select and click Actions > Run
3. After plan run, set Locked Forecast Periods in Plan Options.
4. Re-run plan with 'Refresh with current data' run option.
5. Check plan table; observe forecast for locked periods is deleted (comes as null).
