Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
"Equal" function in item search not working properly in supplies and demands table.

When searching for an exact item, using "Equals", after typing in the item and then hitting either 'Tab' or 'Enter' brings up a "Starts With" Popup with that item and other variations of that item.
If the OK or Cancel buttons are hit in the pop-up window, the Item name that was keyed in is retained. It does not go away.
The User is still able to then just click Search or enter other search criteria and only the Item that was keyed in returns in the Search.

Note: The same behavior is not experienced when performing the same steps in the other Search fields.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The "Starts With" pop-up should not occur after keying in the exact Item name and hitting either 'Tab' or 'Enter' keys.
Should be able to just click on Search without having to see the pop-up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Supplies and Demands table for a plan.
2. With the operator for the Item field set to 'Equals', type in the exact item name and hit either Tab or Enter.
3. The pop-up window appears.
