Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Third-Party Tax Configuration
When attempting to import Tax Classification code for a supplier site, the following error occurs.
ERROR

The value TEST in the ZX_PARTY_TAX_PROFILE_STG.PARTY_NUMBER attribute is invalid. Enter a valid value. for party type: SUPPLIER_SITE, party name: and party number: TEST
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance - Manage Tax Regime
2. Download Tax Workbook Template
3. Initiate the import

Due to this issue, users cannot import tax classification code for a supplier site.
