Cannot Find an Employees Loaded Through FBDI While Adding a Resource To Resource Instance (Doc ID 2618498.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Employees created through FBDI are not available under person name field under resource instances in Manage Maintenance Resources UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect all employees, both the ones created through UI or FBDI will appear under person name field in resource instances under Manage Maintenance Resources UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supply Chain Execution > Maintenance Management > Task list > Manage Maintenance Resources
2. Create a resource and edit it, scroll down to 'Resource Instance'
3. Click on 'Person Name' drop down and hit search.
4. See employees defined from UI are available while the ones uploaded using FBDI is not available.
