FA:SCM: SCP: Uploaded ASL Processing Leadtime still Considered even Rerunning Plan after Target collection (Doc ID 2618535.1)

Goal

Uploaded ASL for item XXXX with processing LT 21 days for supplier XXXX and set the same supplier in sourcing rules. Ran the plan, plan output showed LT 21 days considered, application worked as expected.

Now, we ran TARGET collection for the entire entities including ASL, Items, Org... re-ran the plan, still ASL processing LT is considered. Expected behavior is, target collection should erase collected data and generate newly, therefore the ASL had for item XXXX should get erased in the collected data and hence the plan will no longer be using this 21 days.

The Expectation is to consider the Item level Lead time defined .
