ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Access Entitlement Name can't be changed once it is created in Risk Management

When trying to update an Access Entitlement name in Risk Management and the Edit button appears but there is no "save" button. Clicking the back arrow doesn't seem to save it either.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Risk Management and click on Advanced Controls.

3. Click on Models.

4. Click on Actions > Access Entitlements.

5. Click on a entitlement which will open the entitlement.

6. Click on the Edit button and add a access point. There is no save button.


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot edit entitlements.
