Symptoms

When editing a PO line, the following error is observed:

Error:

You must provide a value for the attribute Base Price

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Purchase order
2. Click on pencil icon to edit the line
4. Change the item
5. Save
6. Error

Changes

The base price field is tied to a 19.10 opt-in feature: https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/proc/releases/19D/19D-procurement-wn.htm#F8135

The feature is not enabled
