Exceptions Does Not Drill To a Seeded Table After Setting Up Using Manage Links

Symptoms
From the Past Due Orders Exceptions screen, when trying to Drill To -> Resource Requirements for a Work Order, the following error occurs.
ERROR
Definition FplanResourceId of type Attribute is not found in noCtrl_oracle_adfinternal_view_faces_model_binding_FacesCtrlHierNodeBinding_199885.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Supply Plan
2. Open Exceptions table.
3. From Exceptions navigate to an exception (i.e: Past Due Orders).
4. Use Manage Links to add Resource Requirements to the "Drill To" list of values
3. Select an Order and Drill To -> Resource Requirements.
4. Hit the error.
