Goal

Why Procure To Pay Dashboard not have any value in Period LOV ?

The seeded dashboards for procurement could not generate data for procure to pay reports as the period prompt has no values:

Steps to Recreate:
- Navigate to Oracle BI Catalog> Shared Folders> Procurement> Dashboard
- Open procure to pay dashboard
- Select criteria: Period Prompt has no values.
