PRC:PO Splitting Of PO Line Allowing To Enter The Quantity Greater Than Original Quantity (Doc ID 2630123.1)

Symptoms

Example: PO Line has 10 Quantity, when we splitting this line into 3 Lines (Line 1: 6quantity, Line 2: 3quantity, Line 3: 2 quantity).

Here in the above scenario when we try to Create Line 3 with quantity system should pop up a error or warning message that it is exceeding Original PO Quantity

but here in fusion it is allowing to create 3rd line which is not a acceptable system behavior
