Symptoms

Unable to use PO webeservice

User is able to edit a po and submit in UI,  but when they are doing same using po web service, it is giving access denied error message.
Access denied ("oracle.wsm.security.WSFunctionPermission" "http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/prc/po/editDocument/purchaseOrderService/PurchaseOrderService#changePurchaseOrder" "invoke")
