Duplicate Rows In BICC Extract (Doc ID 2631135.1)

Goal

A full extract was performed on the RequisitionLineP1 data store in BICC. It was observed that there are duplicate rows per RequisitionLineId, which is a primary key.

It is expected that there should be only one row per RequisitionLineP1.
