Goal

When running Fusion Unit of Measure Collection, the collection process for UOM Class Conversions is completing with Warning Status.
The log file shows rows with the error "The attribute ITEM_NAME cannot be null."

Since data is being collected from a Fusion Source, how can records get collected without item name?
