While performing search in the "Exceptions" Table, Item details are not shown for Exceptions in Demand Plan
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a demand plan by passing the exception set
2. Run the demand plan
3. Check the exceptions table
4. Item does not appear
