PRC:PO Import Not Working for French Characters for the Task 'Manage Mapping Sets: Purchasing' (Doc ID 2634574.1)

Import not working for French characters for the task 'Manage Mapping Sets: Purchasing'. The same functionality works fine with English characters. Also system accepts French characters if added manually. Internally system converts into some special characters and throws error as invalid imported mappings.

Steps
--------
1.Go to Manage Mapping Sets
2.Edit Mapping Set
3.Import Item Category Template with French Characters.
 5.As soon as import completes getting error as shows –
“The import process is complete. There are invalid imported mappings. Select the Export invalid mappings option to export and correct the invalid mappings.”
6.Click on Export invalid mappings -
7.Template shows item category with invalid characters which is different from what was imported
8.The same item category with French characters can be entered manually in UI directly and can be saved successfully
9.However when exporting the manually entered item category, the template shows item category with invalid characters
