Goal

When any changes are made to a BI Publisher (BIP) RTF Template where a new RTF is uploaded and set as the default to be used, for example:

The change is no longer reflected immediately as it used to upon uploading a new RTF and re-testing the PDF, approval notification, or whatever was updated.
