PROBLEM STATEMENT
---------------------
Status in quality Action is showing in numeric , where as in quality issues it is showing meaning full name. Customer wants to see Name for Status field in Quality Action.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
1. Go to Applications
2. Go to Supply chain Execution->Quality Management
3. Select Quality Action and Click on Search
4. Status field Showing as Numeric

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Status should be meaningful name.
