Error when creating a new work order.


ERROR

The supply type of item ##### at operation # must be Bulk because it is not a transactable item. (WIE-4426033)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supply Chain Management > Maintenance Management > Tasks > Management Maintenance Work Orders
2. Create Maintenance Work Order > Search for Asset by Item number > Select Save and Edit
3. Error appears at top of UI

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new work orders.
