Read Only Privileges to the Custom Role Is Not Working for Subscription (Doc ID 2642581.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Subscription Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Read only subscription page is not working for custom role


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create a new custom role by copying seeded Subscription Specialist Role
2) Then remove the "Subscription Authoring" and "Subscription Amendment" inherits these roles from the custom role  and save the changes
3) Assign the custom role to the user
4) Login to the environment and try to edit the subscription record

Note that some of the fields are still updateable by the user although "Subscription Authoring" and "Subscription Amendment" roles are removed.
