Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Subscription Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Credit memo created without amount


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator - Subscription(Active)
2. Click on products
3. Then go to billing summary
4. Click on Create Credit Memo on the billing line
5. Create Credit Memo pop up will open
6. Click on save and close with out providing the amount

Note: There is no validation error seen in the UI.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Amount fields should be mandatory
