User found requisitions for receipt, but on review observed they have already been received.

In analysis it was verified that requisitions was created with 11 decimal places and the application in receipt using max 7 decimal places.

When the user received this quantity and click in Show Receipt Quantity, application automatically applied the value of the requisition.
However the system truncated or did not round the value, and this results in an error due to generating the difference between enter requisiton
and receipt and users find the affected requisition as ready to receive even though they are not.

Due to this issue, users cannot fully receive the impacted Requisition quantity.

The transaction quantity must be greater than zero (RCV-2445030)

Steps To Reproduce
1. Requisition created with 11 decimal places.
2. Receipt created using max 7 decimal places.
