Symptoms

 On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Administration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After running the global user sync few user names comes as Unknown*-username

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
After running the global user sync user names should display as expected

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Risk Management > Setup and Administration
2. Go to Global User Configuration < Click on Action > Run
