Symptoms
Charge account segment is not correctly derived and causing the below error:

Charge account can't be generated for distribution 1(POR-2010280)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Mapping Set for account segment and do the required TAB setup
2. Enter Requisition line and Save
