Symptoms
User is not able to delete trade operation from manage trade operations UI
ERROR
-----------------------
You cannot delete the trade operation because at least one of the charge line amounts was allocated and applied to PO schedule receipts. (CML-3720021)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto manage trade operations UI
2. Query the trade operations
3. Try to delete it
