Symptoms

'Segment Group' does not appear in LOV while defining 'Policy Assignment Set' and in the 'Plan Options'

Steps To Reproduce:
-------------------------
         1. Navigate to 'Manage Segment Groups and Criteria'
         2. Create a Segment Group with all the required data
         3. Navigate to 'Manage Policy Assignment Sets ' and search the segment group
