Actual Behavior:

When attempting to open pdf output of Import orders
the following error occurs.

Files of type PDF can no longer be accessed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login into Fusion Applications
2.Run Import Orders
3.Try To Open PDF Output File
