Oracle BICC: No Records in BICC for EFF Items Extract but the same PVO return data in OTBI (Doc ID 2658018.1)

On : NA version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 EFF Items extract return no records in BICC
At the same time, it returns data from OTB

Datastore Used: FscmTopModelAM.EgpItemsPublicModelAM.ItemEFFBIFlattenedVO

Steps:
- ‘BI enabled’ (on each EFF check box)
- run job ‘Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence’
is successfully done and we are able to see data in OTBI (with the same user then used for the extract)
