Can OptionShipmentHistory.csv For New BOM Items Be Loaded Along With The Item.csv, BillofMaterials.csv, BillofMaterialComponent.csv Files

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are loading Item.csv, BillofMaterials.csv, BillofMaterialComponent.csv and OptionsShipmentHistory .csv files into one zip file.
Then the data is collected using 'Load Planning Data From Files' process.
The data loads fine for existing BOM items.
However, if a new item is added to the BOM structure, the item and BOM loads without any issues but the Option Shipments History file throws error for "Invalid CTO_LEVEL_MEMBER_NAME".
The same file when loaded again standalone goes through without any warning.
Can OptionShipmentsHistory.csv be loaded for new Bill of Material items at the same time as all the Bill of Materials csv files?
