PRC:PO: Query To Get The PO PDF On Click Of Hyperlink In BIP Report. (Doc ID 2658813.1)

Goal

From the front end, when users want to download PO PDF they need perform below steps:
1. In navigator, go to Procurement
2. Select Purchase order
3. Open a purchase order
4. Click "View PDF"
5. Downloads PO PDF file.

Similar requirement needs to be implemented in BIP report, where in users will have a hyperlink which will download the PO PDF directly.

Users are able to navigate to purchase order page (till step3) using a deep link in BIP report, but direct download of PO PDF , how to implement it?
