ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Select All records option is not Working in Manage Transaction Screen
When trying to Cancel all the transaction at one shot in Manage Transaction Screen by Selecting all Transaction, the selected records getting deselected.
When we select all the transaction, all the records are highlighted and selected (Refer screen shot 1) when try to choose the option Cancel Transaction in Action Field Dropdown automatically records are de selecting (Refer screen shot 2)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The selected records should stay selected
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Transactions
2. Try Click on Actions >> Cancel Transactions
3. Selection getting deselected
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Cancel Transactions in Bulk.
