Symptoms

Problem Statement
After P2T Refresh, when trying to test punchout connection, user encounters error.

Error

Error

An error occurred when signing in to the punchout site. The error code is 701. (POR-2010668)

 

Also, in Punchout Log Details window, http responded with a status 500:

 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. After P2T, Setup and Maintenance > Procurement > Suppliers > Manage B2B Configuration then change the URL
  2. Procurement > Catalog > Manage Catalog > Edit Punchout Catalog
  3. Change Password and URL
  4. Click Test Connection
