ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When changing the agreement in Process requisition, the new price from new BPA is not getting defaulted in the PO line.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
new BPA price should be defaulted in PO line price When changing the agreement when creating requisition into PO via process requisition.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchase orders > Process requisition
2. Search for the requisition line
3. Add to document builder.
4. Change the agreement number to a new agreement number (say X to Y)
5. and create PO.
6. Check the price on the PO line.
7. PO price is still the same old agreement line price.
8. PO price is not changed to the new agreement line price.
