Symptoms

Demand plan fail when user check the OTBI flag and Without OTBI flag plan runs successfully.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Demand management
2. Create the Demand plan
3. Run the plan and it error at "Populate Planning OTBI Data Tables with Demand Management and S&OP Measures"
