Symptoms

When attempting to import FBDI Template to Create and Update Categories, the following error occurs.

 - Items cannot be assigned to multiple categories for this catalog because the catalog is configured for single assignment category assignment. (EGP-2775085)

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Download ItemImportTemplate
2. Complete tab 'EGP_ITEM_CATEGORIES_INTERFACE'
3. Complete Columns A thru G
