MT940 Bank Statement Is Not Loading With Wrong Bank Account Error for IBAN (Doc ID 2667783.1)

Goal

When importing MT940 formatted bank statement with IBAN in record 25, the import fails with
"[The bank account number XXXXXXXXXXX with the currency XXX can't be found.]"

ERROR [CE_INVALID_BANK_ACCOUNT_NUM]
