Does Gl_balances Table Store Budgetary Control Budget Import Data? (Doc ID 2668225.1)

Goal

After defining control budget and Upload Budget, data already show on Review Budget Entries. However, when query data from tables GL_BALANCES,not find any record type "B" (Budget).
Table to check budget balance.
