Forecast Processing (Consumption) is not Done Correctly During Replan (Doc ID 2670424.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After checking “Consume By Forecast Bucket” and “Past Due Demand” parameters, Forecast Processing (Consumption) is not done correctly when using "Do not refresh with current data".


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The forecast consumption should be correct when the plan options are changed and the plan is rerun using "Do not refresh with current data".


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change plan options: check “Consume By Forecast Bucket” and “Past Due Demand” parameters.
2. Save the change.
3. Re-run the plan without snapshot (use "Do not refresh with current data").
4. Check the plan output and note that the consumption in the plan output is not correct:
