Symptoms
When trying to approve a Purchase Requisition and/or Purchase Order notification via the bell icon, the following error occurs:

An error occurred. Use the Worklist work area to perform the same action on this notification. (ATK-3315025)
NOTE: The Purchase Order and/or Requisition is still approved though despite the error listed above
Steps to Reproduce
1. Purchase Order or Requisition Approval Notification Received by User A
2. Open Bell Icon
3. Press Approve on Purchase Order or Requisition Approval Notification
4. Error
5. Query Purchase Order or Requisition
6. Purchase Order or Requisition shows as Approved by User A
