How to generate project forecast version copying it from the Budget generated in the Award plus the rate? (Doc ID 2672912.1)

Goal

Business Case: Forecast creation from the Project Budget plus an Adjustment Percentage.
For a specific Project Type the Project Forecast is equivalent to the Project´s budget plus an adjustment rate between 2% and 10%. The project is associated with an Award in Grants Management and the budget is created in there. Is there a way to generate this project forecast version copying it from the Budget generated in the Award plus the rate?
